Mostly Indians deliver 1st baby in India and 2nd baby in Singapore due to cost of delivery expenses. Some might have insurance, medisave, etc which can be used for delivery expenses.

My experience is if you have facility to deliver in India it is better to deliver unless you are looking for citizenship.
The hospital facilities are good but definitely its very expensive than India. Also it is difficult for parents here. They also prefer India.
